RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Be Ye Kind Wellness and Beauty, we want you to love what you ordered. Because we work with multiple suppliers to bring you a curated selection of wellness and beauty products, our return process may vary by item.
Returns: We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at KindCare@BeYeKindWellnessAndBeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened beauty or skincare products
- Final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
